Ok bajia Terms & Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

Ok bajia (okbajia.com) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between ok bajia and all members who use its services.

By creating an account or using any service on the ok bajia website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not comply with these terms, ok bajia reserves the right to suspend or close your account.

These Terms & Conditions have been published in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In matters of legal interpretation, the laws applicable under ok bajia's primary registration will govern.

2. Account Registration

To open an account with ok bajia, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — providing false details may result in account cancellation.
• Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Ok bajia may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

Ok bajia strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Misrepresenting your age at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

Ok bajia may request age verification documents at its own discretion at any time. These documents may include:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (with proof of age 18+)
• Driving License

Additionally, ok bajia reserves the right to restrict its services for users from certain regions or countries. Citizens of countries where online gaming is legally prohibited should not use ok bajia.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, and withdrawals will not be permitted until that requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds and real funds are counted separately. If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being closed.
• Ok bajia reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on ok bajia:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless ok bajia voids it due to an error on its part.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, ok bajia will refund the stake for that bet or take action in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Ok bajia reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that contain a palpable error.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or fraudulent activity will be voided and the associated account permanently closed.
• Ok bajia is not responsible for any issues arising from internet latency during live betting.

Ok bajia reserves the right to set betting limits for any user. As part of responsible gaming, users may also set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok bajia and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method or bank account.
• Attempting to hack or otherwise gain unauthorized technical access to ok bajia's systems.
• Bonus abuse — such as creating accounts solely to claim bonuses.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Treating ok bajia staff in a disrespectful or threatening manner.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Ok bajia may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failing identity verification or providing false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) will be considered dormant.
• The user submits a request to close their own account.
• A self-exclusion request is submitted under the responsible gaming program.

Prior to closing an account, ok bajia will notify the user and allow any valid balance to be withdrawn — unless the closure is due to a violation of the rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ok bajia provides its services on an "as-is" basis. ok bajia is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical failures.
• Disruptions caused by issues with third-party game providers.
• Account hacking or data breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability during system maintenance.

Ok bajia is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages under any circumstances. ok bajia's total liability shall never exceed the value of the transaction in question.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between ok bajia and a member, please contact ok bajia's customer support team first. Most issues are resolved through direct communication.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

2. Ok bajia will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
3. An investigation will be initiated if necessary, and a final decision will be communicated within 30 days.
4. If you are not satisfied with ok bajia's decision, you may escalate the matter through international gaming arbitration.

12. Amendments & Enforceability

Ok bajia may amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Ok bajia will provide at least 7 days' notice before any significant changes take effect.
• Notices will be sent via the registered email address and platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
